When to ask

What’s the sweet spot for asking for your rate as GFE when beginning an hour long appointment vs 2+ hours? I notice if I ask as soon as they open the door to greet me some lose that enthusiasm whereas if I ask before undressing and getting steamy it can kill some of the “passion” or flow that the GFE vibe has. And I know better than to ever ask for it after getting to it lol but I’m still trying to figure out which time frame stings less to ask during.
