Need help on deciding what graphics card (any other suggestions are also welcomed)

Im finally upgrading my pc from a ryzen 5 3600 and a 2060 super and im trying to ensure my build can last me a while.

Im in Australia so prices arent the best. This is the current setup ive been looking at but im not sure what graphics card to get. The 5070 is around $1000 while the 5070ti is around $1600. The other graphics card i was looking at was the 9070XT which is around $1300.

Also want to add that i currently only play on 144hz 1080p but will probably get a 1440p monitor in the future.
