RPM Seafood or Ocean Prime?

I’m really stuck between these two, as both have favorable reviews. Celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday in a couple of weeks. I know they’re both pricey so I’m curious, has anyone been to both? Both seem to have nice views which is great, but which one of the two had their food live up to the price point? Thanks in advance for helping me make a decision!
