I have been developing a SaaS solution tailored for small businesses over the past few months, but the progress in reaching out to potential users has been sluggish. I am interested in hearing about strategies that have proven successful for individuals in this community.

Here are the methods I have experimented with so far:

1. Sending cold emails and direct messages on social media - only a minimal response rate despite reaching out to hundreds of contacts.
2. Creating a waitlist page on my website - while a few individuals signed up, the product itself has not been tested yet.
3. Investing in paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google and Facebook - no new signups despite spending a few hundred dollars.

I am questioning whether I am not putting in enough effort or if I am targeting the wrong channels altogether. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
