Bummer Food Truck Experience at City Park Jazz

Not a negative experience about CPJ, love pretty much everything about it. However, I feel like I just got robbed.

My daughter wanted a hamburger, so I decided to go to the one hamburger truck. I paid $13.50 for a plain hamburger with ketchup (she’s little) and a large fry that was $8.50. I tipped $2 (because the cashier was hovering over me, watching what I’d do - which wasn’t awkward at all).

Long story short, we waited over 30 minutes for our order - missing a ton of the concert - and what was handed to me was disappointing to say the least. Bun was old/stale, hamburger clearly was pre-pattied Costco/Sysco quality, and they gave us a tiny portion of fries. All in, $26 including tip - for a shittier version of a happy meal.

I’m not going to name the truck, nor am I going to leave a negative review on Google or anything. I didn’t have high hopes or anything like that, but come on — that’s just sad.
