USA engineer retire in India

Hi, I’m 40M, with wife and a young kid (pre-school age), working in big tech here in US. We’re planning to retire back to India. Below is what I have. Is it enough for retirement?

• an apartment in Mumbai, no mortgage so will live there rent free

• a house in US, mortgage paid and earns $2000 per month in rent, after subtracting maintenance costs, management fees etc

• $270k in stocks, indexes and cash (planning invest in fixed income)

• $300k in retirement funds

• $70k which I plan to use to get a car and some home improvements for the Mumbai apartment

The plan is to live off the $2000 per month rent with option to withdraw 4% from the $270k in stocks etc.

We both come from Indian middle class background so okay with a simple lifestyle. Did I miss something important in my calculations?
