Loose sway bar end links

So I was installing lowering springs on my 2020 and I was trying to take off the front passenger sway bar end link (to get the stock strut off, later found I didn’t need to take off the end links) and when I had the hex key and was loosening it I found that it got stuck and I stripped the hex bolt. Anyway I just left it loose (because we couldn’t tighten it) and when I’m driving around I can hear it clunk when I hit potholes and such (very noticeable). Is it bad to drive like this for around a week before I get my alignment? What could be damaged in that time?
