The platinum E4 has it's own difficulty spike. How do you plan your teams?

The platinum elite 4's first three members are honestly trivial, especially if you use lucians level caps. Aarons bugs are pretty frail, so you can blast through with them, both Bertha AND Flint can be swept with a single water type, very few water types in platinum can't do it. So it's super easy, and then there's Lucian. He just LOVES to humble me like DAM?? And then Cynthia straight after?? I swear it's just Lucian and Cynthia + 3 randos they decided to add in. That being said, how do you plan your teams for the e4? What's your check list?

I usually have one electric or fire type to brute through Aaron. A single water type to handle Bertha and Flint. An answer for Lucian's Gallade, usually a flying type A toxic staller for Cynthia's spiritomb An Ice Type move carrier for Cynthia's Garchomp And something that handle Milotic and sometimes Togekiss

The rest I pray :P How do you go about it?
