Hi Reddit! I posted the spines of the my new NJO dust jackets [last week](https://www.reddit.com/r/StarWarsEU/comments/1lkrqz6/new_njo_dust_jacket_designs/), and you all were a lot more critical than the discord server! I've responded to your feedback by overhauling the spines. When I had first made these NJO covers I had only considered how they looked on their own, not lined up alongside each other.

Here are the changes I made. I chose a more classic Star Wars font (ITC Serif Gothic) to replace the Mandalorian-inspired font. Font sizing and kerning is (mostly) consistent now. I harmonized the colors on the spines so that each book doesn't have a dozen bright colors. I replaced some of the character arts with more prominent characters. I removed the numbering because it was unnecessary and confusing (19 books but 13 physical books) The big cross-spine "THE NEW JEDI ORDER" text is still there, but now much less noticeable and relegated to the bottom of the spines in a regular fashion. There isn't as much fighting for your attention, as one commenter had put it.

The part of the spines that I don't like myself is how for some (Dark Tide, Edge of Victory, Dark Journey, Enemy Lines) I had to put in some plain solid color to cover-up ugly spots underneath.

I also reveal my design for Vector Prime! It establishes the format the rest of the covers will use. The artwork is the Japanese artwork that I've extended onto the inside flaps. I also added Mara and the shadow of whom she fights. The big bright star on the back cover is one I added that replicates the one on the front.

And the last photo is of my bookshelf, so those of you not familiar with the original covers can see how there are 3 incongruent designs for them.

I am receptive to any feedback you all have!
