i need some help and advice

hi guys! im currently a shift supervisor and kinda struggling at the moment. i am really good at the task aspect of my job and im great at time management and everything, but my manager says i suck at being a leader (she didnt say it that way but thats what she meant lol).

i work at a store that has constant new people in and out and the people we do have are pretty slow paced and a little ditsy (we’re struggling to find good staff that actually stay). everyday they do everything wrong and i am finding it super hard to keep constant watch over them and correct them and also just straight up telling them what hasnt been done yet and needs to be done. like i have a million things i need to do i dont get why babysitting adults is something else on my plate. i have told them repeatedly what to do, how to do it, what they can do better but it never gets better!! im making a task list bc i hate the CSR cards corporate wants us to use but i honestly doubt anyone will even use it.

SSVs from other stores have covered shifts at my store and even they say “idk how u deal with this everyday” so that leads me to think its fr just a shitshow but im being told its partially my fault but i am at a loss for what i can even do. i know im not bad at my job because our closers that are pretty seasoned we always get out on time and everything is done with minimal babysitting. im just tired of everything being reflected on me. does anyone here have any similar experiences? thanks lol
