Wireless Probe Typhur Gold vs RFX
Hey everyone,
I am looking at getting some wireless probes and went down the rabbit hole of different ones. After all my research im torn between the Typhur gold series and the Thermoworks RFX.
I like both of these and feel both can do the job pretty well.
Typhur seems to have similar range from the research ive done, but also has the standalone base station with displays.
Thermoworks has allot of scalability if I ever need more than 4 probes and is a household name.
I think both are pretty accurate probes in general, both have similar heat temps. I do like the ability to have the hub sitting on my desk as I work i can take a quick glance and sometimes i miss notifications on my phone. But lets be real, ill probably check my phone for temps pretty often anyways.
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with either of these or both of these.
Im also open to other recs, but I haven't seen much good about the others, especially because range is a top priority due to my setup. (I bought inkbird and it lost connection from my range i needed, quickly returned)
Thanks in advance
