SoundCore V40i

Just got this headphone, it was a total disappointment. The sound profile of this headphone is all wrong. The sound is tinny and yet the bass seems boosted. So the result is like listening to a heavy bass concert through the FM radio. These headphones are also not supported in the SoundCore app, so I can't even try to fix it with different sound profiles. I bought these because the V20i that I have are not loud enough for listening to when jogging outside, these are no better in the volume levels either. Also the case doesn't enclose the headphones, so there's a good chance that I'll lose one of them if the magnet didn't snap it right. Overall, very disappointing product. I had several SoundCore headphones Life Note, Life Dot 2 NC, V20i), this is probably the worst sounding one.
