Any kind of gifting system

Theres a skin I would like for D.va, but i dont have a lot of the in game credit and usually just end up buying recolors but the academy skin looks cool to me. So I would like to ask a friend since my birthday is close (possibly a no in the first place lmao) but I dont even know if you can gift in this game.
