So tired of RTO work and new work times

Here it is Sunday night, I am already dreading this coming work week - the hour drive each way and traffic, the moving my car during my 2 breaks and lunchtime because they only have 3 hour parking. Now they have gotten rid of our work bands with a days notice -- that makes me think things are never going to get better...just waiting now to hear "mandatory overtime". I wish that our collective bargining rights were being honored. All of this stress is just for nothing. Before our little ant hill got crushed we were super productive, more than ever before, but now we are just scrambling around trying to make this mess work. I wish someone would save us. I feel like I am going crazy.
