Anyone taken KSRTC Garuda premium from Alleppey to Kannur?

Looking to travel from Alleppey to Kannur, I usually travel by train but seats are not available and no trains around that time. So considered taking the bus instead, saw the KSRTC Garuda premium on Redbus, and the ratings are pretty low, anyone here traveled on it before? What was your experience like?
