Is it possible for me to get into an Ivy league?

I am a rising junior, and an immigrant from Ghana came to the United States when I was young. I’m the oldest of a family of 4, and middle class. Haven’t taken the SAT yet but got about a 1300 in a practice test. (Working to get a 1500+). And i’ve taken 5 AP classes. I’m also an IB student starting IB classes this coming school year. My issue is extracurriculars, my freshman and sophomore year I haven’t done much besides sports (Soccer and Track and Field), a quiz team through my church, and occasionally helping out with the salvation army giving people i need food, and helping out with some school and community events. I’m planning on really locking in this year and doing more, before applying to colleges fall of my senior year? Do i have a chance?
