ISO Intentional Communties in Oregon

I currently reside in Portland and really want to live in the forest (preferably near the coast, thats the dream I have for growing old). I live on SSDI so have a very limited budget. Im hoping for something long term, with partial payment towards community bills and/or work exchange. I know there are a lot of volunteer sites like WWOOF (I was a traveling farm volunteer for many years when I was younger). However, Im really looking for something long term in an established space where I can have privacy as Im too old and set in my ways now to feel comfortable in shared dorms, etc.

I am wondering if the folks who have lived here longer - or are Oregon natives - could point me in the right direction, please. Thank You!
