How to get more out of my pc

Valorant has been running at only 140fps when everything I’ve seen online says my gpu and cpu should be able to run it at 240+. I have tried multiple things to fix it and think it may be a hardware or bios issue. I have a rx 6600, ryzen 5 5500, prime a320m-k, 16gb ddr4 3200mhz ram, 550w bronze pcu.
