Serotonine syndrome? What should i do?

First of all, I know I did something stupid, but I can't undo it. So, the night before yesterday I swallowed 350mg of tramadol, which affects serotonin reuptake like antidepressants. My last line was almost 6 hours ago, and I did a total of 300 milligrams, which is half of my average consumption at a regular night, but im still overstimulated, sweating and my pupils are huge as fuck. So, my question is, what should i do, how long will it take me to get rid of it, and how can i make this process faster? (sorry for bad english)
