Can we not judge each other based on our own standards?

I’m going to keep this short. I had a conversation with a woman regarding endometriosis and she told me that she still held down a full time job despite having it. Good for you, girl, but I cannot move most days. Yes, a way to relate to someone is to speak from personal experience, but it felt a little dismissive in a way. Nobody should have to endure significant pain bc of this capitalistic nonsense. It also doesn’t change the fact that some people truely experience endo (or pain) differently. What feels doable for someone may feel impossible for another.
