Looking for an exit for my $300k ARR business

I’ve been working on my business for 7 years and I’m at a point where I’m just burnt out and ready to sell. It’s been all organically marketed and has never actually had any marketing dollars spent. I think it could go much further, but to be honest, I just like to develop and make things. I do not like the whole business aspect or marketing or even dealing with marketers. I also have recently received a new developer job as well as have a baby on the way where I just won’t have time to invest in the business much more.
