Where do I find the newest Atmosphere files?

Hey every I was just curious how everyone is using the newest firmware with atmosphere 1.9.1 I tried and anytime I try to launch it says atmosphere package 3 isn't found when it's in there and the only thing that caused the issue was I tried installing themes with themezrnx and it crashed. Please help 🙏
