How to activate Tap & Pay on iPhone 16?

I want to setup Tap and Pay on my iPhone 16. I remember Paytm having an option back in the days but I cannot see it now. I am not sure which other app has this feature where I can save my credit cards especially Visa/Mastercard ones and simply Tap and Pay on the Merchant POS. Any recommendations??
