Is Anyone Else Neurodivergent with Gastroparesis?

I swear - just had my first actual meal in almost a weak and not even 10 minutes after getting a quarter of the way through - I had to go stand over my best friend the toilet for a good 10 minutes. I just want to cry. I just all the more frustrated since I can never tell when I’m hungry or full till it seems far too late - which just seems to complicate things further. Or Im only able to eat whatever my safe food is for the time being but am conflicted trying to also eat it in moderation if at all because I know if I’m not careful it’ll just come up later anyways. Idk - anyone else having similar complications?
