Can someone recommend me extremely immersive games with satisfying gameplay, that can also have a retro style, like PS1 or Mario 64 graphics?
Hey folks, here's the deal: during this Steam sale, I don’t have a lot of money, but I can afford one cool little game — something really fun. I’m mainly focusing on more underground titles, games that aren't too mainstream or heavily marketed.
A friend of mine recently bought a game called Alisa**. It's got that old-school PS1 vibe, a bit of horror and mystery too, and I found it super interesting. That’s exactly the kind of game I’m looking for — something immersive, that pulls you into its story and makes you feel like you're inside the world.**
I really want games with great experiences, you know? I’m missing games with unique gameplay, with mechanics that stand out. I’ve noticed that nowadays, when one game style works, it gets repeated endlessly. I want to break away from that pattern. I want to have fun, I want new experiences.
Right now I’m eyeing Gloomwood and Atlyss**.** Atlyss is an RPG and it’s pretty cheap. I'm enjoying both so far. If you think those are great picks, or if you have other suggestions in the same spirit, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks a lot, everyone.
