Book where a girl punches her cousin's rapist on the nose

I read this back in high school, its about a girl who gets kicked out of her home and goes to live with her uncle, her aunt and daughter.

The daughter has reoccurring nightmares of this boy that she had been dating, raping her. The girl questions her uncle and the uncle tells her the boy's name and how he fooled everyone, thinking that he was nice and respectable. It was only after the rape that they saw the boy's true colors.

The next day at school, the girl sees the creep walking down the hall with his arm around another girl, the creep's new girlfriend doesn't listen to the warnings that the girl tries to give her.

The creep goes up to the girl looks her up and down and says

"So, what do you have underneath all of those rags?"

The girl pulls out a fist and shouts

"THIS!" and punches the creep in the nose, the guy falls on the ground yelling. While the girl is walking away, she whispers under her breath

"For you, cousin"

That's pretty much it.

If anyone could tell me the title of this book, i would appreciate it.
