Order of Resource Packs for Minecraft Bedrock (PS5)

I tried searching Google, but I can't find a specific answer or guide. How do I properly order the stack ( top to bottom ) when I'm in the Activated Resource Pack menu? There's a description, but its pretty vague. Just wanted to know how to properly have it in order. I currently only have 5 Activated.
