Mileage Shop Advice

Hello! I'm about a month into playing and I had a question regarding the best use of my tickets in the Mileage shop. I have just enough to do the last Limit Break for Eve, but I'm not sure if I should. I'm at the point where I need to get SSRs to Max Limit Break so I can go over lvl 160. So far, Alice is my only Max Limit Break SSR. Is it better to get the last Eve or save the tickets for a future person?
