Which cert 3 tafe course should I do?

I'm looking to get my degree in Agricultural Science, I would be 21 when the next intake rolls around in March. My goal would be to become an Agricultural consultant at this stage, hybrid work in office and out in nature. I have a great interest in regenerative agriculture.

Problem is, I only have my ROSA and completion for Year 11, so the Uni requires I get a minimum cert 3 before I can apply. So I need one I can do in 6 months or less here in Sydney. I will also be taking short courses on the side to help prepare me for essay writing, maths (never my strong suit in school) and chemistry (which I know very little about).

I currently have a shortlist of 2 different cert 3 courses, hoping to get some insight as to which would be the best for me:

- Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management

- Certificate III in Horticulture
