Boys Club Rant-AITAH

Our club has this group of about 9 guys that treat our club like their own personal playground. They don’t worry about making tee times before just jumping on the course, they are slow, and a couple of them have a complex where they won’t even say hi to anyone other than their boys group. A couple of them are actually nice though.

Anyways, my wife, kiddo and I arrive for our tee time and head to the first tee. A foursome from the boys club looks my wife up and down (this group wouldn’t want to be inconvenienced by a family) and says “hey we’re 4 scratch players, can we go ahead of you? You won’t have to wait on us.”

All we did was wait. There were 3 groups stacked behind them. They acquired one more person at hole 5, we see him zipping down the fairway from the clubhouse. Some days they play with 7 people. It gets old. We never hit into them but played right on their tails all afternoon. A group behind us talked to the pro shop about them but it’s different day same shit. Just my rant, anyone else deal with that?
