Obtaining a deceased family member’s confidential records? (Idaho)
I don't know if this is too niche a question, and I apologize if so, but I thought the people here might be expert.
My mom died about fifteen years ago. I knew she had been married prior to meeting my dad, but she was very cagey about it (wouldn't give their names). I know both marriages were in Idaho. From my research, it seems Idaho keeps marriage records private for 50 years. Does anyone know if there's a way around this, for say, a child of the person?
Thank for any help.
