anyone have issues conceiving post gastric surgery?

TTC for about 15 months now 2 failed IUIs. in IUI cycle3, doc wants to switch meds for IUI cycle 4 before moving to IVF.

he mentioned I may have scar tissue causing an issue due to my gastric sleeve 4 years ago. he said it would be a procedure/laproscopic surgery to check it out/remove scar tissue.

has anyone had this issue? or had the procedure to remove??
