I think I have gerd.

Okay so this might be a bit long.

But when I was around 11 and 12. I was going through a bunch of stuff. Cyber-bullying for months. Losing my dad. And a bunch of other things.

And then one day out of nowhere. I just abruptly started getting a sick sensation in my upper stomach and chest area only.

And then 2 years later all my other symptoms came.

But the ones I'm focusing on is my chronic gut and digestive symptoms.

When that sick sensation in my upper stomach and chest gets bad. It can feel like a burning-sickly sensation. And lately for the past couple of months I've been getting a liquid sensation in my throat. Feeling like throwing up. And a bunch of throat symptoms and sensations.

The weird thing is. Is that before I went through any of that stuff. I was fine. I was healthy etc.

So I think there's a connection

But im gonna ask a doctor about it. And then hopefully get therapy. It honestly doesn't help that I have emetophobia either. I'm terrified.

Sleeping on top of 2 pillows does help the liquid sensation. But is there anything else I can try? I cant see a doctor yet.
