Does The Rift Premium Pass give you an XP boost to complete it faster?

I'm on about tier 40 of the free pass on the Rift and am thinking about getting it once i reach tier 70, but I'm wondering if getting the premium track will activate an XP boost like in other games to get to the end of it faster or if it's the same time to complete whether you have premium or not.
