What is the most tryhard way to play this game

I used to be a veteran at this game, but it’s been so long since I’ve played I’ve forgotten the tips and tricks of big time savers and big money makers

I’m curious what is the fastest way to get rich rich, and complete the community center by at latest year two

I’m talking absolute tryhard methods for money and quickest schedule for CC

Bonus points for a “map” to the game ( for ex Minecraft is a very, punch wood, get iron, go to nether, get blaze, find end, kill dragon, get elytra, system to tryhard the game if that makes sense )

Let’s hear it
