Increasing Traction Levels

Hello there! I am the proud owner of a crystal pop-up shop that frequents festivals and conventions, but I've been struggling to gain traction on my website. It's a tough market out there with competition coming from every angle, not just within our niche.

Our in-person events always draw a great crowd, and our sales last year even outperformed my regular job (although most of the profits went back into the business). Balancing this business with my family life is a challenge, as it often feels like juggling two full-time jobs while still wanting to spend quality time with my child.

How do you achieve consistency in your business when it seems like success is always just out of reach? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!
