Chronic Nail Infections

14 Fiv+ Infected toenails. I've been to the emergency vet 3 times as well as standard vet. Each time they give him antibiotics and send him on his way. It helps but it doesn't fully go away. This has been a 2yr battle. He has an apt on tues.
