New grad on SAVE, no payments made - now what?

I have about ~80k combined from undergrad and grad school. I’m a social worker at a nonprofit hospital so my plan has always been PSLF. I haven’t made a single payment on my loans yet; I’ve always been on some kind of freeze from either being enrolled as a full time student, the Covid pandemic freeze, and now the suspension of the SAVE plan. What am I supposed to be doing now with my loans? Should I apply to change my payment plan or just keep waiting it out? I’m so terrified for how this is going to impact my life and I have no idea what to be doing in the meantime.
