Greetings everyone. At just 17 years old, I am the proud owner of three successful enterprises. Currently, I am in search of individuals to join my team for one of these ventures.

Specifically, I am referring to a waste disposal company based in Australia. In the previous fiscal year, I managed to generate nearly $82,000 in gross revenue.

I am seeking guidance on the process of hiring employees. With public liability insurance coverage of up to $20 million, I am concerned about the potential risks if an employee were to sustain an injury.

Would it be unwise to simply transfer an employee's wages directly to their bank account? I am facing some challenges in this area. My strategy involves sourcing reliable individuals from Airtasker and compensating them with a fixed wage per project, but I am unsure of the specifics.
