Can you take a person with visitor visa to walk-in-clinic ?

Hi for context Parents are here for a visit and they have medical insurance . I am assuming that would be for serious issues .

Can I take my dad for check up for issues like mild food poisoning or vomiting ?

Do they allow out of pocket payment ?
