Hello everyone, just asking kung sinong interested sumalo ng condo from Jacinta enclaves Cainta. Reason to sell is nag wowork na ako as a seafarer at hindi na din sya pasok sa financial budget ko.

Purchased noong July 2023 at tapos na ang dp around 330k, Noon 2.5m pa lang sya pero ngayon umabot na sa 3.4m ang unit as per my agent this June 2025

Balik downpayment lang around 310k pwedeng negotiable also ( the buyer will shoulder the half of transfer fee 25k)
