What Rod And Reel Should i get? I'm an advanced beginner.

My Budget for the rod is 200 and the budget for the reel is 150 (cad).

I've been fishing with my dad my whole life in the summers. I'm getting a knee surgery in the upcoming week and I want to go fishing to pass the time and not have a boring recovery. I live in Canada, Ontario and the fish I want to catch are some bass, catfish, pike, and trout. ill mostly start fishing from land but also a little bit from my canoe. What Rod and reel should I buy?
