Wife jumped red light in Abu Dhabi

Hello friends,

just got an SMS from the Abu Dhabi police, I guess following happened (we live in Dubai):

1. Wife was in Abu Dhabi on day X, jumped red light.
2. Wife (and kid) left country for summer on day X+1.
3. Day X+4 I get this SMS.

Based on other comments I see how much I'll have to pay (1000+impound, or 1000+450 for home impound, or 1000+3000 for no impound).

My question is:

- Can this be done in the TAMM app? or, you always have to go to a police station?
- Can I go to the Dubai police to get this resolved?
- .. or do I have to go to Abu Dhabi for this?
