Its said it weakens your ability to reason but it strengthens your quirk, so imagine if you will a guy who's been kicked in the dirt his whole life. Angry with the world but an overall good guy with an ok quirk, and in a low moment he takes this drug making his reasoning weaker, but instead of becoming dumb idiot villain, it helps him to get to that "rushing into battle before your mind even thought to move" mha trope. Like inside he's a hero but his street smarts were telling him to walk away from harmful situations, making him an extremely reckless fighter with an advanced quirk. On some moon knight level shit
