Can't Save Worlds

I play Sims 3 with nearly all expansion packs installed, which means that I receive an error glitch code 16 when I try to save the game because there's too much information for the save file. So to correct this, I've downloaded NRAAS Story Saves, which automatically saves the file with a new filename every 30 minutes. This worked so I was able to play and save my worlds. Suddenly in the past week, my game is unable to save any new world creations (manually or automatically with NRAAS Saver). So I went through my save folder and deleted everything that was old, thinking that would fix it, but it's still unable to save new worlds. I then deleted cache and backup files, and made sure there weren't any name conflicts. Still not able to. I have 94 GB free on my computer also. What should I do? What am I missing? What's wrong?
