Need Advice for Corner <3
Yo what is up my fellow associates :D
I am in DIRE NEED of some advice for my level 3. Currently I am level 2 training in the corner by myself for an hour in the morning(sometimes, I haven't gotten much training recently) and then when it gets busy someone usually takes my place. But omg it gets so stressful and I am ALWAYS full of anxiety and panic when I’m alone taking orders, doing drinks, handing out and also taking orders in the front? LIKE HOW DO YOU HANDLE THAT? I’m always so astonished by my coworkers who do it flawlessly, and I admire and ask them for advice all the time.
The thing is, they sort of always tell me the same thing: always greet the customer, practice your memory and focus on handing out food first, stay 3 drinks ahead and call out points AND HEAVILY COMMUNICATE. That is so difficult for me, like multitasking all that and trying to remain calm and breathing? LOL!? I am really trying to get a grasp on it. How do you do that?
So, if anyone would like to sprinkle their amazing word of wisdom that I will accept graciously about the corner and possibly about getting my level 3 pls do <3 I will be forever grateful. How do you handle the anxiety and panic you superstars go through in that window? LOL
