Help with making an AU

I'm creating an Undertale au and need to know which major monsters were there when the barrier was put up. My au takes place right after the war and the barrier being created. i know that asgore and toriel were most definitely there considering they named the place. but I'm unsure about people like undyne or alphys...or literally any other major/supporting characters.
