Need help with beats 3

unfortunately i cant show because this sub doesn’t allow images, but right now my beats are stuck in a weird state where it is like permanently stuck with the white dots. It’s worked before in the past but idk , it’s not blinking like it’s trying to pair, it’s just stuck. it’s been like this for around an hour so i have no idea if this is something i can solve or if it’s something i need to get a new pair for. thank you all for any and all advice you give. If it is the case of needing new headphones can yall let me know what the recommendation is for something within 70$-100$ range
