Laptop at 0% EMI

Where can i get a laptop at 0% emi? I am looking at a device thats 1 lakh 5k (for a friend)

She has 60k ko put up front and wants to learn editing, thats not enough, so i added a little bit to that. Still, its not gonna reach 1 lakh 5. Convinced her to get it on EMI, suggest me some places.
