Question about sweepnext redemption

Has anyone redeemed through sweepnext? Was it legit and in a timely manner? And for whatever reason when I went to redeem the only option is gift card has anybody else had any experience with this is this the norm now, they have a cash option right next to it but it's grayed out and I definitely had enough money cuz it was like a thousand bucks. Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks y'all. Cheers!
